These Terms govern your access to and use of Helzi via its website and mobile app. By creating an account or using Helzi, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Helzi is only available in the US and EU.
  • Anonymous use is not supported. You must sign up using your email and a one-time password (OTP).

3. Description of Service

Helzi provides personalized habit-building tools, including tailored meal plans, grocery lists, water intake tracking, and training programs based on user-provided data.

4. Account and Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trial Period

Free Trial:

  • Helzi offers a 15-day free trial to new users.
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

Billing:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Payments are handled securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

  • Use Helzi only for your personal, non-commercial health and wellness goals.
  • Do not misuse or reverse engineer the app or its components.
  • Do not impersonate others, use offensive language, or submit false information.

7. User Content and License

  • You retain ownership of any information or content you submit.
  • You grant Fusion Projects Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content as needed to operate the service.

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • Fusion Projects Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
  • You agree to resolve any disputes through individual arbitration, unless unenforceable, in which case the courts in Delaware will have jurisdiction.
  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting us at hello@helzi.ai.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of Helzi constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
  • These Terms are not assignable by you but may be assigned by us.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
